Return Policy

Value Safety has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To start your return process, please email customerservice@valuesafety.ca with the reason for the return and receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods may be exempt from being returned including medical masks and gloves.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  •  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
